Almost all women have dieted at some point in their lives; I know I have. Men also die, but not as many men as women.

 It's hard to decide which diet plan to suffer. The first question is: what will work for you and how much should it work to make it work? Basically, most of us are lazy when it comes to losing weight and we want the fastest and easiest diet we can find.

Adhering to a diet is hard to do. In most "normal" diets, you will not go hungry. Normally, I mean that you eat 3 meals a day with a few snacks during the day and that you have to drink a lot of water, that's what fills you up the most. You can relax all day, but you will not go hungry.

There are many diet plans. There are 300 or more pages of diet books and there are groups of plans that meet at least once a week.

Then there will be some who will receive meals directly at your door. The basic diet of these diets consists of eating three healthy meals each day, eating sandwiches and drinking plenty of water. Then you have the diet pills that come with a diet plan, 3 meals, a few snacks and plenty of water, plus a pill or 2 a day.

Let's not forget the fad diets, the cabbage soup diet, the boiled eggs diet, the grapefruit diet, just to name a few. These diets do not last long, or you give up or you faint. Oh yes, you lose weight with these diets, but you get it quickly, as well as others.

So, if you plan to start a diet plan, choose carefully. Frankly, in my opinion, one of those who meet once a week is the best.

 You get support from the rest of the group, you meet new people and you get new ideas for meals. This type of diet teaches you to live with a diet, not a diet, but a lifestyle.

So until you decide which diet you think you can follow, try eating 3 healthy meals, a few snacks and drinking plenty of water each day.

 By the time you discover the diet you want to go to, you may have lost weight and do not even need a "diet" because you have found a "diet" yourself unless you did not call it "diet" now. Food plan for life.
